The renovation scope included a bathroom renovation and a partial kitchen update. For the kitchen, we replaced the benchtop, cabinet doors, and splashback tile for a fresh look. In the bathroom, ceiling stains led to a full ceiling replacement, and we carried out full tiling from floor to ceiling. A single tile was used for a cohesive look, and the vanity, shower, taps, mixer, and toilet were all replaced with new fittings for a complete refresh.
